Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, equivalent to C1 CEFR or better
Ability to explain details clearly, organize thoughts well, and communicate confidently across various platforms (video calls, phone calls, chat, email, etc.).
Equipment
Must have your own suitable equipment/device to complete client tasks.
Reliable internet connection with a backup option.
Backup power supply or alternative power source during outages.
Demonstrates enthusiasm in assisting others and actively seeks opportunities to learn new tasks.
Regularly suggests ways to improve team efficiency and contributes effectively.
Exhibits professional behavior, punctuality, and a strong work ethic in all interactions.
